Ingredients

3 slices fresh white bread
1 small onion , peeled , washed and chopped
1 green chili , washed , de-seeded and chopped
1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 lemon , juice of
1 sprig of fresh curry leaf ( about 10-12 )
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger , peeled and grated
3/4 tablespoon oil
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1.Cut the slices of bread into small pieces and keep aside.
2.In a pan, heat the oil and add mustard seeds.

5.Add salt and bread pieces. Mix everything together well.
6.Squeeze lemon juice over the bread Upma and mix again. Serve hot.
