1 1/2 - 2 lbs stewing beef
4 -5 scallions , chopped fine
1 1/3 cups milk
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 -3 tablespoons canola oil
2 cans condensed broccoli cheese soup
16 ounces orzo pasta
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2.In a large pan, heat the canola oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef and brown on all sides, for about 10 minutes.
3.Add the scallions, onion powder, dried oregano, and pepper to the beef, stirring to coat evenly.
4.Add the condensed broccoli cheese soup and 1 1/3 cups of milk to the pan, and stir together until fully combined.
