Ingredients

3 cups mango pulp
2 1/2 cups milk
1 pinch saffron
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

Instructions

1.In a heavy-bottomed pan, add mango pulp and milk and mix well. Heat on medium heat.
2.When the mix comes to a boil, add saffron and sugar. Keep stirring the mix frequently to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan. Cook for 15 minutes.
3.Add cardamom powder and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.
4.Turn off the flame and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving; sprinkle crushed pistachios on top.
