2 tomatoes , puree of

1 teaspoon cumin powder
2 teaspoons coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon asafoetida powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 teaspoons cooking oil

Instructions

1.Clean the spinach and boil it in salted water for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Squeeze out excess water and puree.
2.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds until they change color. Add onion and ginger and cook till translucent.
3.Add pureed tomatoes to the pan and stir for 2-3 minutes.
4.Add salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and asafoetida and mix well.
5.Add spinach puree and paneer to the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame.
6.Add garam masala powder and mix well. Cook for another 1-2 minutes. Serve hot with naan or rice.
