1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds , powdered
2 tablespoons oil
oil ( for shallow frying )

Instructions

4.Cover the dough and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
5.Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
6.Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each portion into a thin circle.
7.Place the rolled thepla onto the hot pan and cook until brown spots appear on the bottom.
8.Flip the thepla and cook until brown spots appear on the other side too.
9.Remove from the pan and repeat the process for the remaining dough.
10.Serve hot with your favourite curry or chutney.
