Instructions

1.Begin by adding the brown basmati rice to a saucepan with water and salt and bring it to a boil.
2.Once boiling, cover the saucepan and reduce the heat to low. Cook until the rice is tender, for about 40 minutes.
3.In another pan, add white cooked basmati rice, olive oil, and puliogare garam masala powder. Stir gently so that the rice doesn't get mushy, cook for about 5 minutes.
4.Take off the flame and add finely chopped coriander leaves or cilantro and mix well.
5.Once the brown rice is cooked, give it a stir and then combine both rice mixtures. Adjust seasoning as required.
