Ingredients

2 pork tenderloins
1/2 cup soy sauce

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2.Cut the pork tenderloins in half lengthwise and place them in a large resealable plastic bag.
3.In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, ketchup, brown sugar, Chinese rice wine, hoisin sauce, red food coloring, and Chinese five-spice powder (optional) to make the marinade.
4.Pour the marinade into the bag with the pork and seal it tightly. Massage the pork in the bag to ensure it is completely coated by the marinade.
5.Place the bag in the refrigerator and let the pork marinate for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best results).
6.Line a baking tray with foil.
7.Remove the pork from the bag and place it on the prepared baking tray.
8.Bake the pork for 30-40 minutes, or until it is cooked through and the internal temperature has reached 145°F.
9.Remove the pork from the oven and allow it to rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin pieces. Serve with steamed rice and your favorite vegetables.
