Instructions

1.Cook broad beans in boiling water for 2 minutes, and drain it
2.Peel the skin from the beans by squeezing the opposite end of the bean
3.Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook onion and garlic for 3 minutes
4.Add chopped tomato and parsley into the pan, and cook it for 5 minutes
5.Heat the grill pan on high heat for 2 minutes
6.Brush the chicken with some olive oil and sprinkle some black pepper
7.Grill chicken for 6 minutes on each side
8.Take out the butter from the fridge
9.Mix the butter with chopped chives
10.Serve chicken with broad beans and butter
