Ingredients

6 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups water
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup oil
melted butter

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix flour and salt together.
2.Gradually pour water and mix everything together into a dough.

5.Heat a tawa (or skillet) on medium-high heat.
6.Lay a rolled-out chapati on the tawa and let it cook on one side until bubbles form.
7.Flip it over and let it cook on the other side. It should puff up a little.
8.Remove from heat and brush with melted butter.
9.Repeat the process for each ball of dough.
