Ingredients

1 lb Baby Spinach , fresh
2 cans chickpeas
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 piece ginger , grated
3 tablespoons canola oil
2 teaspoons cardamom
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
5 garlic cloves , chopped
1 cup diced onion
1 can tomatoes , chopped
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon salt ( to taste )

Instructions

1.Wash the spinach thoroughly and chop it roughly.

6.Stir in the chopped spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until it wilts.
7.Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas, add them to the pot with garam masala. Mix everything well and cook for a few more minutes.
8.Turn off the heat and stir in the yogurt, mix well.
