Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to broil.
2.Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, then remove the core and seeds.

4.Place the bell peppers cut-side down on the baking sheet and broil for 5-7 minutes, or until the skin is charred.
5.Remove the bell peppers from the oven and let them cool.
6.Once they are cool enough to handle, peel off the skins and cut the bell peppers into thin strips.
