2 green onions
2 garlic cloves , crushed
1 lb ground pork
1 egg
1 -2 large banana leaf

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, whisk together fish sauce, oil, sugar, and five-spice powder.
2.Add green onions and garlic to the mixing bowl, and mix everything well.
3.Add the ground pork and whisked egg to the mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
4.Cut the banana leaf into 10 inch squares and lightly toast them over a gas flame to help them to be more pliable.
5.Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the meat mixture onto the center of each banana leaf square.
6.Wrap the banana leaves up around the mixture to make a tight package ensuring the meat mixture is sealed inside.
7.Grill or steam the banana leaf wrapped meat packages for 25-30 minutes, or until the meat is fully cooked.
