Ingredients

3 limes
1 cup tomatoes , seeded and chopped
1 cup avocado , diced and peeled
1/2 cup cilantro , chopped
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 lb cooked shrimp , peeled med . in size
1 jalapeno , chopped very fine ( my own addition )
1 garlic clove , chopped very fine ( another addition that I added )
12 corn tortillas

Instructions

1.Juice the limes into a bowl and add salt, black pepper, and finely chopped garlic.
2.Add the peeled, cooked shrimp to the lime mixture and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
3.In another bowl, combine diced avocado, chopped tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapeno.
4.After 20 minutes, add the shrimp to the avocado mixture and toss evenly.
5.Heat the corn tortillas in a skillet or on an open flame until they start to brown.
6.Assemble the tacos by placing the shrimp and avocado mixture onto each tortilla, and serve immediately.
