2 tablespoons walnut halves , roughly chopped
2/3 cup plain yogurt
salt & freshly ground black pepper , to taste
celery leaves , chopped ( to garnish )

Instructions

4.Gradually pour in the stock, whisking constantly to avoid lumps forming.
5.Add the milk and bring to a simmer, whisking.
6.Crumble in the stilton or dolcelatte and stir until melted.
7.Blitz with a stick blender or in batches in a blender or food processor until smooth.
8.Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
9.Ladle into bowls, swirl through the yogurt, and scatter over the chopped walnuts, extra cheese, and celery leaves to serve.
