Instructions

1.Boil the yellow potatoes in salted water until they are tender, then peel and mash them.
2.Add chili powder, oil, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes. Mix well and let it cool.
3.In a separate bowl, mix the tuna, minced onion, and mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4.Cut the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces and mix them with the cubed cheese.
5.To assemble, take half of the mashed potato mixture and place it on the bottom of a rectangular or circular serving dish. Flatten it and add the tuna mixture on top. Then, add the egg and cheese mixture.
6.Cover the filling with the remaining mashed potato mixture. Finally, decorate the dish with sliced avocado, olives, and cube of fresh cheese. Chill the dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
