Ingredients

1 small cauliflower , cut into florets ( about 3 cups )
1 cup chopped yellow onion
1 tablespoon ghee ( or peanut oil or similar oil that has a high smoke point )
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 - 3/4 cup plain yogurt
salt & fresh ground pepper , to taste
fresh cilantro ( to garnish )

Instructions
