Instructions

5.In a large bowl, combine pasta, cauliflower, creme fraiche mixture, and reserved cooking water.
6.Pour mixture into a 8x8 inch baking dish.
7.Top with grated cheese and tomato wedges.
8.Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
