1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
1 can beef broth
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 dash hot sauce , or to taste

Instructions

1.In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.

5.Reduce the heat to low, cover and let simmer for 10 minutes or until the cauliflower rice is cooked through.
6.Remove the bay leaf and garnish the dish with chopped green onions before serving.
