1/4 cup butter , melted
1 cup brown sugar , packed
2 eggs , lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup toffee pieces ( Heath Bar )
1/2 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Cathy's Toffee Blondies for C-A-C-H-E is a type of dessert enjoyed by many all over the world. They are soft, chewy, and buttery, full of toffee pieces and chocolate chips. Toffee Blondies are relatively new and have gained a lot of popularity in a short amount of time. These blondies are perfect for a movie night or a weekend treat. They are so easy to make and are perfect for those who don't want to spend much time cooking.

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350F. Prepare a 8-inch square baking pan.
2.In a large mixing bowl, mix the melted butter and brown sugar well.
3.Beat eggs and vanilla extract into the butter mixture until well combined.
4.In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt well. Slowly stir into the egg mixture until well combined.
5.Fold in toffee pieces, semisweet chocolate chips, and chopped nuts.
6.Pour the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle more toffee bits on top if you want.
7.Bake for around 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
8.Let it cool and slice into squares.
