3 cloves garlic , chopped
1 jar chunky salsa
2 cans peeled and diced tomatoes
1 can whole peeled tomatoes
1 can condensed tomato soup
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 can whole kernel corn , drained
2 cans chili beans , undrained
1 container sour cream

Instructions

1.In a large pot, bring water, chicken breast halves, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, dried parsley, onion powder and chicken bouillon to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
2.Remove the cooked chicken from the pot and shred it.
3.In the same pot, heat olive oil and cook onion and garlic until they are soft.
4.Add salsa, peeled and diced tomatoes, whole peeled tomatoes, condensed tomato soup, chili powder, corn, chili beans, and the shredded chicken.
5.Bring the soup to a boil and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
6.Serve the soup hot and garnish each bowl with a dollop of sour cream.
