2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1.Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and celery and cook until softened.

6.Spoon half of the bean and haricot mixture into a large casserole dish. Layer the meat mixture on top, and then spoon the remaining bean and haricot mixture on top of the meat. Cover with the breadcrumb mixture.
7.Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown and bubbling.
