Ingredients

1 ripe cantaloupe , quartered and seeded
1/2 cup cassis liqueur ( or syrup )
1 pint French vanilla ice cream , slightly softened
1/2 pint blackberry ( or more , to taste )
This dessert combines sweet cantaloupe with tangy blackberries and creamy French vanilla ice cream, drizzled in cassis syrup. Instructions

1.Cut the cantaloupe into quarters and remove the seeds from it.
2.Pour 1/2 cup cassis liqueur or syrup over the cantaloupe quarters.
3.Add 1/2 pint blackberry or more as per your taste.
4.Put the quartered cantaloupe in the refrigerator for an hour.
5.After an hour, remove the cantaloupe quarters from the fridge and take out the blackberries using a spoon or any other kitchen tool.
6.Drizzle 1/2 cup of the cassis syrup over the cantaloupe quarters, making sure that each slice is coated with an even amount of syrup.
7.Place one-quarter of the cantaloupe on each of four individual plates and top each quarter with a scoop of French vanilla ice cream.
8.Now, add the blackberries over the French vanilla ice cream and completely drizzle the remaining cassis syrup over the dessert. Serve chilled.
