400 g chicken breasts
100 g cashews
1/3 cup red bell pepper
4 stalks green onions
2 garlic cloves
1/3 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 onion
4 tablespoons oil

Instructions

1.Cut the chicken into small pieces and sprinkle with salt and white pepper.
2.Heat up 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok or a pan, add the chicken and stir-fry until it turns white and is almost cooked through. Remove from the pan.
3.Add the remaining oil to the pan, sliced onions and minced garlic. Stir until fragrant.
4.Add red bell pepper and cashews and stir-fry until the peppers are soft.
5.Add the Ketchup, oyster sauce, and vinegar. Stir quickly, then add chicken. Stir-fry together for another 2-3 minutes and add green onions at the end.
