150 g self raising flour , sifted
150 g brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 eggs , lightly beaten
1/2 cup canola oil or 1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups grated carrots ( about 2 large carrots )
1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F and line a 12-hole muffin tin with paper cases.
