Ingredients

6 -8 large fresh carrots
1 large red bell peppers or 1 large yellow bell pepper
1 large ripe avocados or 2 small avocados
1 ounce fresh seaweed ( whole dulse leaf )

Instructions

1.Rinse the carrots and slice them into small pieces.
2.Rinse the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and chop it into small pieces.
3.Heat a large pot of water on medium-high heat to boil. Add the sliced carrots to the pot. Cook for 15-20 minutes until soft.
4.Once the carrots are cooked, drain the water and transfer the carrots to a food processor or blender.
5.Add the chopped red/yellow bell pepper and blend them together until smooth.
6.Slice the avocados into small pieces and add them to the food processor. Blend the mixture again until creamy.
7.Add the fresh seaweed (whole dulse leaf) and pulse until it is lightly chopped.
