Instructions

1.Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook rice noodles for about 4 minutes, or until tender.
2.Drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water, then drain them again.
3.In a medium bowl, whisk together the white sugar, water, lime juice, soy sauce, fish sauce, and tamarind concentrate. Set the mixture aside for later use.
