Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

4.Fold in the toasted almonds with a spatula.
5.Place the dough onto a lightly floured surface and form into a 12 inch long log.
6.Transfer log to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
7.Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on the outside.
8.Remove from oven and let cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
9.Turn oven down to 300°F (150°C) and place sliced biscotti back onto the tray. Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the biscotti is dry and crisp.
10.Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.
