Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef
1 medium onion , chopped
2 -3 tablespoons pickled jalapeno peppers , chopped
5 cloves garlic , minced
1 can ranch style bean
1 can tomato sauce
1 can hunts chunky special tomato sauce
2 bags 10-minute Success rice
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese ( more if you like )
salt & pepper

Instructions

1.In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
2.Add chopped onion, jalapeno peppers, and minced garlic into the skillet with the beef, and cook until onions are soft.
3.Add one can of ranch style beans, followed by cans of tomato sauce and hunts chunky special tomato sauce into the skillet, and stir to combine.
4.Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
5.In a separate pot, boil two bags of 10-minute Success rice according to the package instructions.
6.Once the rice is cooked, divide it into bowls and top with the beef and bean mixture.
7.Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the top of each bowl, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
