2 lbs potatoes

2 lbs ground lamb ( yes , you can use beef as a replacement )
1 carrot , finely chopped
2 tablespoons plain flour
1 cup vegetable stock
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup frozen peas

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Peel, quarter and boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
3.Drain and mash the potatoes with butter and milk until smooth.
4.Heat the oil in a large cast-iron skillet and cook the onion until translucent.
5.Add the ground lamb and brown until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
6.Add the carrot and cook for 2-3 minutes.
7.Sprinkle the flour over the meat and stir until well mixed.
8.Add the vegetable stock and Worcestershire sauce, simmer for 5 minutes.
9.Add the frozen peas and cook for another minute.
10.Top the mixture with spoonfuls of mashed potatoes and smooth out.
11.Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
