1 teaspoon crushed red chili pepper flakes
1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 cup canned diced tomatoes with juice
2 lbs top round beef ( cut into 4 or 5 large pieces )

Instructions

5.Add the canned diced tomatoes with juice and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
6.Serve hot with flour tortillas, shredded cheese, and guacamole.
