1 onion , chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 fresh jalapeno chile peppers , seeded and diced
2 chopped tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 clove garlic , minced
salt and pepper to taste
water as needed

Instructions

5.Return the stew meat to the pot and add salt and pepper to taste.
6.Add enough water to create a stew-like consistency.
7.Cover the pot and let simmer over low heat for 1-2 hours or until the meat is tender.
