3/4 cup beer
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon achiote powder ( optional )
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon sugar
3 garlic cloves , minced
salt

1 pinch red pepper flakes ( optional )

Instructions
