Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.In a small bowl, soak raisins in rum for 30 minutes.
3.Mash cooked sweet potatoes and set aside.
4.In a large bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, orange zest, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and salt.
