Ingredients

12 amberjack fillets
2 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
5/8 cup honey

1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 1/4 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
1 1/4 teaspoons ground allspice

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a bowl, combine 1 1/3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup fresh lime juice, 2 teaspoons lime zest, 1 1/4 tsp. paprika, 1 1/4 tsp. garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon and a pinch of black pepper.
3.Coat the amberjack fillets with the mixture, put them in a baking dish and bake for 20-30 minutes.
4.In the meantime, prepare the mango salsa by combining the diced mangoes, onions, jalapenos, 2 tablespoons lime juice, and 1 tablespoon of honey with a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.
5.Serve the amberjack fillets with mango salsa on top and garnish with sliced mango and kiwi fruits.
