1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar ( rice wine , or red wine would be good too )
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
