3 1/2 lbs concord grapes
1 1/2 cups water
1 box dry pectin
7 cups sugar

Instructions

6.Stir in sugar all at once. Return mixture to a full boil over high heat, stirring constantly, and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; skim off any foam.
7.Pour hot jelly immediately into prepared jars, filling to within 1/4 inch of tops.
8.Wipe jar rims and threads. Cover with two-piece lids.
9.Process jars in a boiling-water canner for 10 minutes (start timing when water returns to boiling). Remove jars from canner; cool on wire racks.
