Ingredients

500 g pulp of matured mangoes ( they should not be ripe )
150 g dates
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 inches cinnamon
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
2 -3 green cardamoms
4 cups water
3/4 tablespoon salt
9 tablespoons sugar
