100 g dark chocolate , melted
250 g Cadbury Caramello chocolate bars ( or dairy milk caramel )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 170°C (or 150°C fan-forced) and line two baking trays with baking paper.
2.Whisk egg, brown sugar, and oil together until well combined.

4.Stir through melted dark chocolate.
5.Roughly chop the Caramello chocolate bars and fold through the cookie dough.
6.Roll tablespoonfuls of dough into balls and place onto prepared trays. Flatten slightly.
7.Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
8.Allow to cool on trays for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
