1 onion ( finely chopped )
1/2 cup tomato sauce ( ketchup )

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
2.Rinse the chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
3.In a pan, combine the onion, tomato sauce, garlic, salt and pepper, chilli, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, light brown sugar, and vinegar. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4.Brush the chicken with the sauce mixture and place it in the prepared baking dish.
5.Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, basting every 15 minutes until it is cooked through and the skin is caramelized and crispy.
