Caramel scones are a twist on the classic scones recipe, originating from the UK. They are made with a rich and buttery dough, and then topped with brown sugar that caramelizes in the oven. The result is a delicious pastry that melts in your mouth. Perfect for breakfast or brunch, or as a snack any time of the day. These scones are best when eaten fresh out of the oven, so be sure to grab one while they are still warm.

4.Rub the butter into the mix until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.
5.Gradually add the water, stirring until a soft dough forms.

7.Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out until it's about 2 cm thick.
