2 teaspoons black pepper
1/3 cup Splenda sugar substitute
1 tablespoon liquid smoke

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, black pepper, and Splenda sugar substitute.
2.Add the liquid smoke and mix well.
3.Place the beef slices in the marinade and make sure that they are well-coated.
4.Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
5.Set the oven to 175 degrees F (80 degrees C). Place the beef slices on a wire rack and lay it on a baking sheet.
6.Bake the beef for 3 to 4 hours until completely dry and chewy.
7.Remove from the oven and let cool.
8.Store the beef jerky in an airtight container for up to a week.
