1 large onion , cut into 1 1/2 -inch pieces
2 large green bell peppers , cut into 2 inch pieces
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
salt to taste
1 teaspoon chili powder ( optional )
1/2 cup chickpea flour

Instructions

1.In a medium-sized pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the mustard seed and wait for them to sputter.
