Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix the flour, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds, salt, and yeast together.
2.Add the sugar, sunflower oil, beaten egg, and lukewarm water to the bowl, and stir the mixture until it forms a dough.
3.Turn the dough out onto a floured surface, and knead it for 5-10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
4.Shape the dough into a loaf and place it into a greased bread tin, then cover it with a towel and let it rise for 1 hour.
5.Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan), and bake the Cape Seed Loaf for 40-50 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
