Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

5.Mix in hazelnuts.
6.Divide dough into four sections and shape each into a long flat loaf.
7.Bake until golden brown (about 30-35 minutes).
8.Let cool and cut the loaves into 1/2 inch thick slices.
9.Lay biscotti sliced side down on baking sheet and bake again for about 10-15 minutes to crisp up.
