Instructions

1.Start by washing and cutting the tomatoes into small pieces.

9.Ladle the diced tomatoes and tomato juice into the canning jars, making sure to leave about 1/2 inch of headspace.
10.Wipe the rims of the jars clean, and screw the lids on tightly.
11.Process the jars in a boiling water canner for 35 minutes (adjust for altitude if necessary).
12.Once the jars are finished processing, remove them from the canner and let them cool completely before storing them in a cool, dark place.
