3 -4 sweet potatoes
1/2 cup butter
brown sugar
1 bag miniature marshmallows

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

8.Bake for 45 minutes, then remove from oven and sprinkle miniature marshmallows over the top of the sweet potatoes.
9.Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the marshmallows have melted and turned golden brown.
