1 pastry for double-crust deep dish pie

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F.

13.Cut a few slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
14.Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is hot and bubbly.
