Ingredients

1 can 98 % fat-free cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup Pace Picante Sauce
3/4 cup fat free sour cream
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 medium tomatoes , chopped
3 cups cooked chicken breast strips ( shredded )
12 corn tortillas
1 cup Kraft Healthy Favorites Fat Free Cheddar ( grated )
The King Ranch Casserole is a Tex-Mex dish with roots in Texas ranching culture. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish.
2.In a medium bowl, stir the cream of mushroom soup, picante sauce, sour cream, and chili powder together until well combined.
3.In a large bowl, mix the chopped tomatoes, cooked chicken breast strips, and half of the cheese until well combined.
4.Layer 6 corn tortillas on the bottom of the prepared baking dish, followed by half of the chicken mixture and then half of the soup mixture.
5.Repeat the layers, starting with 6 more tortillas, followed by the remaining chicken mixture, and then the remaining soup mixture.
6.Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the casserole.
7.Bake, uncovered, for 35-40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
