Ingredients

1 lb sweet potato
1/2 lb sugar ( Personally , I 'd use Stevia to flavor , but you would n't need much ! )
8 ounces almonds
1 cup milk

Instructions

1.Peel the sweet potato and cut it into small pieces.
2.Bring a pot of water to a boil, and cook the sweet potato pieces until they are soft. Drain off any remaining water, and mash the sweet potato.
3.Add milk and sugar (or stevia) to the sweet potato, and continue to cook over low heat. Stir frequently until it becomes a thick paste.
4.Chop the almonds into small pieces, and toast them over medium heat until they are golden brown.
5.Add the toasted almonds to the sweet potato paste, mix well, and continue cooking until the mixture is thick and creamy.
