Ingredients

12 hard-cooked eggs
1/2 ripe avocado
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon purchased wasabi paste ( or 1 tablespoon wasabi powder mixed with 1 tablespoon water )
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 ounces alaska king crab meat or 1/3-1/2 cup alaska king crab meat
1 English cucumber , sliced into 24 fans ( See Tip in Instruction # 4 )
Nori Komi Furikake ( sesame seed-seaweed sprinkle )
2 tablespoons tobiko ( flying fish roe )
California Roll Deviled Eggs are a healthier twist on the classic deviled egg appetizer. The recipe combines the flavors of a popular sushi roll with deviled eggs to create a unique and tasty dish. Instructions

1.Slice the hard cooked eggs in half lengthwise and place the yolks in a mixing bowl.
2.Add the avocado, mayonnaise, wasabi paste, and salt to the bowl with the yolks and mix well, using a fork or a hand mixer.
3.Finely chop the crab meat and add it to the bowl with the yolk mixture, mixing well again.
4.Fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture using either a spoon or a piping bag.
5.Top each deviled egg with a cucumber fan and sprinkle some Nori Komi Furikake and tobiko over the eggs.
